Our global leaderboard is built upon authentic human cognitive benchmarks. To preserve leaderboard integrity and healthy competition, all players agree to the following rules:
- No Automated Scripts or Bots: You may not use automated clickers, browser extensions, macros, memory injectors, or software scripts to artificially inflate clicks-per-second (CPS), reaction times, or scores.
- Integrity Verification: We utilize client-side and server-side jitter analysis and latency verification to identify unnatural click intervals. Accounts found using automated tools will be removed from rankings without notice.
- One Person per Account: Do not share accounts or allow others to take timed tests under your gamertag if competing for seasonal leaderboard positions.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials, interactive puzzle engines, source code, visual game graphics, algorithmic star diagrams, audio switch synthesizers, logos, and brand assets (“IQuGames”) are the exclusive intellectual property of IQuGames and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may capture screenshots, download generated Shareable IQ Cards, and share your cognitive profile on social media platforms (X, Facebook, Reddit, Discord) for personal, non-commercial use with appropriate platform attribution.
3. User Conduct and Account Security
When using IQuGames, you agree not to:
- Choose usernames that are defamatory, offensive, hateful, or violate third-party trademark rights.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or exploit vulnerabilities in our web servers or REST API endpoints.
- Interfere with other players’ enjoyment of the platform.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
IQuGames is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
5. Limitation of Liability
